Reputed Manufacturing Company Requires Store Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material flow.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage.
- Issue materials to production or departments as per authorized requests.
- Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory.
- Maintain all store-related documentation, including GRNs, issue slips, and stock registers.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams for material planning.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, housekeeping, and 5S practices in the store.
- Identify and report slow-moving, non-moving, or damaged inventory.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Ensure ERP/Tally inventory transactions are updated accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Store Management, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of FIFO, LIFO, and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
