Customer Care Head in Rajkot

A Reputed Beauty Salon requires Customer Care Head.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the customer care team across all branches.
  • Ensure prompt, professional, and effective customer support.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and enforce customer service policies and procedures.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance regularly.
  • Maintain client records and ensure CRM systems are updated.
  • Collaborate with salon managers and other departments to align service strategies.
  • Prepare and present customer service performance reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the salon, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
  • Required Education: Any graduate with relevant experience
